Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom print-on-demand products require additional production time.

Orders to metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad) typically arrive within 5-6 business days.
Delivery to remote or rural areas may take 6-7 business days. Additional charges may apply for certain locations.

Damaged Packages
Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, report it immediately before accepting the delivery or within 24 hours with photo evidence.
Our courier partners make 2-3 delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to origin. Reshipping charges will apply for re-delivery.
Customers refusing delivery or providing incorrect information will not be eligible for refunds, and return shipping charges will apply.
